Dr. Mrs. Blessing Darius is a philanthropist, dedicated and highly accomplished scholar with extensive academic and professional experience in human resource management, organizational development, and leadership. She is a grassroots mobilizer, and gender specialist who believe that every woman can make an impact in the home, communities, and nation.

She is the founder and president of Great Women Leaders Organization, a non-governmental organization with the sole aim of giving hope to the less privileged women who think that they cannot do more than where they find themselves in society. She specializes in practical issues associated with gender and women's empowerment. Her activities in the Great Women Leaders Organization have contributed to empowering many women in diverse businesses and in leadership skills. She led her organization to the Home of the Elderly, where she encouraged them and let them know how important the elderly are to the society at large.
Dr. Darius did her first degree at Rivers State University, where she obtained her B.Sc. She went further to do a postgraduate diploma in management and obtained a master of science in management at the University of Port Harcourt and also did a postgraduate diploma in education. She is a certified teacher in the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.

Blessing Darius holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education and she is a Certified Human Resource Professional with fellowships from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management and the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management. With a robust record of research publications and presentations, she has contributed significantly to the understanding of organizational effectiveness, leadership, and human capital development.
Her career spans leadership roles in business management and education, demonstrating her versatile expertise in strategic planning, team management, and capacity building. Dr. Darius is passionate about integrating academic knowledge with practical application to foster organizational growth and employee performance. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has held leadership roles as managing director and administrative manager in various enterprises.
